Refund Policy

Consultancy Services
All consultancy fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered commenced upon delivery of the first draft, consultation session, or agreed milestone.

Educational Support
Refund requests for educational support must be made in writing within 48 hours of purchase and before substantial work begins. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Deliverables & Revisions
Deliverables are subject to revision within agreed scopes; revisions do not qualify for refunds once the work has been substantially delivered.

Exceptions
If services are cancelled due to our error or breach of contract, we will provide a refund proportional to unfulfilled deliverables.
